Hiya! I am Palak Modi.

I am a passionate problem solver born in India, raised in UK and now located in Austin, Texas. I have experience in delivering end-to-end UX/UI design solutions for software products from talking to stakeholders and users to handing off the prototype with specs to development teams. I am a self taught developer. I got into development because I find creating HTML and CSS frameworks for my prototypes extremely calming. I am eager to solve small and big problems with design whether they are paper solutions or digital platform. If there is a problem, there must be solution! I am currently also learning AI & Machine learning at the University of Texas on the side. This program has provided me with increased confidence in understanding and analyzing large data sets and creating simple classification models to provide solution recommendations for business problems.

I am always questioning how things could be better - it can be a little annoying! When I am not designing/developing and/or questioning things, I am either making dancing videos with my daughter or watching prank videos with my husband.
